"Over the weekend I needed to get Florida car insurance in order to register my car and I had made a mistake online when processing it and chose the wrong date for my coverage to start. When I called to get it changed, Sol was the agent who helped me and was absolutely wonderful trying to help get it sorted out! She was on the phone with me for over an hour trying to get it sorted out and finding ways to help me in the moment since she could not access the insurance plan I purchased online. She was so patient and helpful throughout the entire interaction and I’m very thankful she is the agent who helped me! In the end, she was able to find a solution that would work for me and I’m so grateful for everything she did for me! An absolute gem of a person and I know I’ll be in good hands going forward whenever I need assistance!!"
