"We needed help setting up our Drive Safe and Save modules. I expected to get instructions from your office on how to go about it . Instead, Gerone walked me through the entire process for both of our vehicles. That is what service used to be like! He was patient and helped with every step until we were done. I really appreciated his attention to detail and clear explanation. Truly, I felt bad for taking so much of his time! Thanks for making what seemed daunting, an incredibly easy task after all.
